Testimonials:
"By far, the best mental and physical training
I have had is at Sherbourne's dojo.
It has been most beneficial in preparing me
for upcoming hockey seasons."
Shawn Wood (Captain, The Chatham Maroons Hockey Club)
"Studying at the Sherbourne’s Karate Kobudo Jiujitsu Dojo has offered me a very unique and enjoyable experience. The opportunity to learn all of Jujitsu, Kobudo, and Karate has given me a unique cross section of skills and a strong foundation for self defense and conditioning. The class sizes are very small allowing for a lot of individual attention from the different instructors. It also fosters a community atmosphere and a sense of belonging. All this is done while maintaining strong tradition and discipline. The training is by no means easy, in fact I find it quite intense and demanding. However, hard work and perseverance have been rewarded with a stronger sense of self. The training’s core values translate to other areas of life."
Archie Grace (London ON/ Boston MASS)
The various instructor's at Sherbourne's Dojo provide our 2 young girls with karate
training in a structured yet relaxed atmosphere. They have learned better
coordination, strengthening and stretching techniques and have fun at the
same time. They have also learned about self-discipline and respect for
self and others. They especially like the sticker charts and treasure
chest! I have also benefited from some one-on-one training and group work,
focussing on flexibility and strength. I have told many of my friends
about the great programs available for the whole family.
